Terms and Conditions
- An extra 5 Ghz access point is recommended so you can actually get full speed on 50 Mbps and above packages through Wi-Fi, otherwise it may feel kinda capped.
- Once the FUP gets used on the unlimited packages, the bandwidth will drop down to 1 Mbps until extra GBs are purchased, and yes extra GBs can be bought by logging into the customer portal.
- FUP will be renewed every month, so it’s not permanent.
- For Telephone services there is no line rent.
- Also, a telephone set (or any other phone hardware) is not provided by Nayatel.
- Unlimited bundles cannot be availed if the package is above 70 Mbps.
- If you need more than 1 connection on a single ONT, customers have to email sales@nayatel.com.
- Nayatel retains the right to terminate the service without prior notice in case of any misuse of the Nayatel connection.
- Government taxes will apply, applicable charges may vary.
