PTCL Flash Fiber actually brings four internet packages, kind aligned with different requirements. The Basic plan kicks off at 30 Mbps, while the Ultra option goes up to 100 Mbps, and there’s also the “double speed” boost during the first month. On each plan you still get Shoq TV & App, all-net calling minutes, and stable connectivity. Higher tiers add free cyber insurance, for more protection in a quiet, uncomplicated way.

The PTCL Flash Fiber Boosted Speed Package is made for people who want a faster, more steady internet setup. It offers a 40 Mbps speed, and there is a first-month deal where the speed is doubled, so it can go up to around 80 Mbps, for a more enjoyable online experience. This plan is priced at Rs. 10,499 (tax included), and it mostly aims at giving that boosted performance so streaming stays smooth, gaming feels responsive and daily browsing is easy.

Fair Usage Policy For Broadband Fixed Line Services
PTCL Fair Usage Policy (FUP) is basically a method that helps keep an optimum kind of internet experience available to as many people as possible, all at once maybe. FUP is there so that every one of our customers gets the best possible internet experience, without any fuss. If a customer uses more than the allowed limit, then that extra usage will be billed according to the relevant policy. PTCL also keeps the right to suspend or fully disconnect any customer account(s) if it’s found to be violating any regulations or internal policies.
