The expected price of Honor Magic V5 in Pakistan is 474,999 PKR. Let’s get back to the design of the Honor Magic V5. One thing that comes to mind is how ridiculously thin this phone is. The color I have, Dawn Gold, is not the thinnest version of the phone. The thinnest version, Arctic White, would be your target variant. This gets you an 8.8 mm thickness in the folded state, hardly anything in 4.1 mm in the unfolded state, just sufficient to accommodate a USB-C port.
Weighing an astonishingly low 217g, the other two colors, Dawn Gold and Black, feel a tad bit heavier at 227g, though you wouldn’t notice any difference in weight. The version I have is a fraction thicker with just a 9 mm measurement in unfolded form, otherwise less than 4.2 mm when folded, really making it feel like a regular candy bar while in the folded state.

Honor announced that the Magic V5, as of the date of writing, is the slimmest foldable phone in the market. We could go on arguing till we die about how this can be true based on so many variants through which device thickness is measured, not excluding the way color influences it (no really). Otherwise, Honor tells us that the Magic V5 has a folded thickness of just 8.8mm.
Storage
The Honor Magic V5 is available with 512 GB of internal storage along with 16 GB of RAM that is generous for apps, files and media, as well as multitasking. Unfortunately, there is no microSD slot, thus the users have to rely much on the internal memory for their data needs.
Camera
The 50MP Ultra-wide camera is decent; however, it does tend to show some amount of warping around the edges of the frame and lacks a bit of fine detail. 64MP 3x optical telephoto camera holds the best together in terms of detail and color accuracy, even in dim indoor lighting. It can do in-sensor zoom up to 6x, where the detail is somewhat softer when looking full-fledged, yet does great on it in bright light, plus a digital zoom up to 100x that remains fairly decent till about 20x. The two 20MP selfie cameras are passable, yet nothing does better than the main camera and the external screen as a viewfinder.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite is again a nice ingredient in tandem with its 3 nm process technology providing for efficiency and speed. This chipset shines during all sorts of benchmark tests, such as AnTuTu, where it crosses the 2.2 million mark in so many instances, giving top performance to support gaming, multitasking, and very demanding applications.
Battery
The great battery of the Magic V5 is Silicon carbon-based in nature. The 5820 mAh mega battery furthermore supports 66W of wired charging and 50W of wireless charging with Honor SuperCharge. It basically ticks all the boxes and leaves nothing to complain about.
